This final week of the Advanced Orienteering Technique program for the fall features a challenging night orienteering course.  The course will be challenging and designed to test the skills we have discussed and practice this season.  To make it more fun I encourage everyone to participate in a pursuit start.  Given the course stats everyone will put down how fast they think they can complete the course.  The slower times will start first and the fastest guess will start last and try to beat his time and catch the people ahead of him.

As usual we will start by going over the exercise and then will allow time for a detailed discussion about what you should focus on during the exercise. Those that would rather not participate in the discussion and don't care for the competitive aspect of the evening are welcome to go out on course (around 6:40). Those that want to stay for the discussion and participate in the pursuit can expect to have a first start around 6:55. We will meet at the parking lot shown by the pin below at Parc Lac Beauchamp at 6:30.
