Sunday Map Run

The OOC Sunday Runs continue... this week we go west!

Start Location: The Almonte Curling Club, 182 Bridge St, Almonte, ON (near Gemmill Park)

Start Time 9:00 AM

This week we'll be going west using the Gemmill Park orienteering map. We will have a variety of classic and line-o loop options in a small town urban setting.

Please email me by Saturday noon at afkawam@gmail.com  if you plan on attending so that I have enough maps prepared.

I am suggesting a maximum 1.5 hour for the run as a guideline but of course feel free to do more or less as your time and fitness level permits.
