Hello Everyone,
This week we'll be starting at Frank Ryan for a workout along the grassed area around the transitway/Pinecrest creek pathway.
As usual...we'll meet at the Frank Ryan Park lot for 6pm and then start the warm up towards the bike path at 6:15
The training will be entirely on grass (with the exception of the roads to get to the bike path) with the same structure as mentioned earlier...a few count down intervals and some shorter finish line speed intervals in prep for O-fest or Saturday's 5k race in the Experimental farm if you are so inclined...there will be very little climb at this session.
