Corn Maze-O ...Wednesday Training Running Training

Hello everyone,

For this week's training we are at the corn maze @ Maplehill Urban Farm located at 200 Moodie Dr...(in between the 417 and Timm Drive).Follow the signs for parking to the maze along the access road.There will be a map for the maze with some "controls" set up by the farmer and some in the area around the maze.

Everyone (including families) are welcome to walk, run or jog the course... There is a $7.50 fee per adults …$5 for kids...($25 tops for families)

We have the maze from 6-8ish....Please try to be at the site by usual times (arriving for 6 and starting at 6:15...I'll wait until 6:30 before I go up and settle the group bill)

For those who haven't done this training session before its designed to be a fun way to get in some continuous activity....

Some variations of the sessions are:

-colour the map (make the design of the whole maze looking for controls "sans carte"

- take the controls in order...this contains a "trick" this year....

Head lamps will definitely be needed...the path is generally very clear....no cutting between the corn rows allowed.

The maze is "riddled" with 10 controls having questions relating to the maze theme and design. (Clue..brush up on your pet knowledge...especially that of rabbits!)
