AGM & Pot-luck social

Annual General Meeting followed by pot-luck supper at 6:30
NOTE: Committee reports can be reviewed in advanced by signing in to the members area and clicking on 'Governance' and then 'AGM2019' The past minutes can be found in the AGM2018 folder. More documents will be posted on Sunday. Members, if you haven't yet created a sign-in, you will have to do so to read these reports.
The meeting will begin at 4pm at the Tanglewood Community Centre, 30 Woodfield Drive. Following the meeting, at 6:30 pm, we welcome you to join us at our annual pot-luck social.
2019 has been a year rich in activities and events. Come and hear for yourself what the club’s army of volunteers did to provide you with so many activities in 2019, and hear about our plans for 2020! The agenda can be found here.
If you can't make it to the meeting, join us at 6:30 for the social. All ages welcome. The facility has a kitchen where your food can be kept cold or warm, as needed.
We suggest you bring indoor shoes as boots are not allowed in the hall. Also, for the dinner, bring your own dishes and cutlery and something to share with the group. There is always lots of great food served up. Don't miss out!
