This week the Thursday night training will be in Gatineau Park on the Mines map west of the parkway. It will be a contours only exercise on a ~7km and ~5km course. (Alex)
Take Chemin Ping, then Mountain Road, then the third (or so) left.
Looks great Alexander - an area we haven't run in before. Certtainly lots of contours to understand there! (Lorna)
