Parking for this meet will be at Mattawa Park - 89 Steeple Chase Drive

There will be four courses as normal, but each will be a bit longer than

normal due to the lack of elevation. Much of the vegetation is more

developed and overgrown since the map was updated so avoiding dark green

for route choice may be advisable.

COURSES:

Long Advanced - 8.3km - 1:10,000

Short Advanced - 5.5km - 1:10,000

Intermediate - 3.5km - 1:10,000

Novice - 2.5km - 1:5,000

Please note there will be a 1km walk/warm up run along neighbourhood

streets to the start for all courses.
