Meet Organizers: Anne Teutsch, Jennie Anderson

Pinhey's Family Fun Day is our annual event at Pinhey's Point Historic Site, held in partnership with the City of Ottawa. This event differs from other weekend events as it includes more fun, sprint-style mini courses, games and activities for kids and adults alike, a BBQ, and the chance to visit the historic house and grounds. There is the option to run a standard longer, intermediate-to-advanced course (approx. 4km). You can run as many of the mini courses as you'd like, including the ever-popular "Ghost" course and, new last year, "Legs", for those who like to feel the burn. What better way to kick off National Orienteering Week!!?

BBQ is cash-only.

Entry to the event costs $6.30 for members and non-members alike. $2.30 for Season's Pass holders. Kids from our Tuesday night program get in for free.

See you there, with your family and friends!

Take note! Orienteering Canada has a contest going on to celebrate National Orienteering Week. If you use the #OrienteerNOW hashtag on facebook, Instagram or twitter (through the week of May 20th-28th) they will be giving out some Orienteering Canada swag to some lucky folks.
