Parking and meeting point: Park along the side of Burnt Lands Rd.Look for the club banner and my red Honda Fit with a roofrack / a whole bunch of cars along the side of the road. The pin in the map below is in the exact location.

Training: This training exercise is all about taking good compass bearings.

There will be multiple different loops where each leg requires you to take a bearing from one control to the next.

We will start with an explanation and demonstration of how to take and follow a good compass bearing and what steps you should be doing at the controls to do this as smoothly as possible.

There will be no SI or other timing for this training.

HPP and Train to Train program athletes will start with a group warm-up that anyone is welcome to join.
