on the Cedarview map, with the start at Bell

The map has been updated in key areas to reflect vegetation changes and storm damage (marked with green slashes). Please be aware that there are patches of poison ivy in certain spots. While we have marked areas we are aware of, there are undoubtedly others, so please remember to wear long pants and wash everything well post-event! As always, complete a tick check.
Registration is from 5:30 - 6:30 with a mass start at 6:45. Once again we will be using the handicap system to give everyone a chance at coming in at the top of the results list. Please enter your handicap online in advance of the meet to ease the registration crush. If you are new to the sport or will be running with youngsters, complete your registration by 6:15 and join in the mini-clinic where you will get advance view of the map so you can plan your course before the mass start.
