Start and finish for Novice and Intermediate will be at the parking lot.

The finish for advanced courses will be approximately 500m up the trail and the start another 500m further.

With the recent flooding, courses have been designed to avoid crossing the main stream (hence the remote start/finish). However, advanced courses must cross the north bridge to get to and from the start/finish. Novice and Intermediate will not cross the stream at any point. The south bridge is broken and will be marked as such on the map, courses are designed to avoid it entirely.

The forest is open with nice runnability. Trilliums are in full bloom! Please avoid stepping on these pretty flowers. Water features are distinct this time of year. As always check for ticks.

Map scales for Novice/Intermediate 1:7,500 and Advanced courses 1:10,000

Novice: 2.7km, 14 controls

Intermediate: 3.6km, 14 controls

Short Advanced: 3.9km, 85m climb, 11 controls

Medium Advanced: 6.5km, 150m climb, 17 controls

Long Advanced: 7.9km, 175m climb, 21 controls

There is a water control about 60% through each of the advanced courses.
