Revisit the Downtown map used for the O-Fest KO-qualification. Learn to navigate stairs and multi-level sprint terrain, and maybe discover some new neat places in downtown Ottawa.
As it is fall and sunset comes early, everyone should bring a headlamp. The first couple of weeks it may not be necessary with the headlamp, but later it is a must to have good light. A lamp with at least 500 lumens is recommended.
