Practice details:

This practice will be our first that truly focuses on forest orienteering. Different groups will be working on different skills:

Intermediate group - this group will spend the session doing a map walk with an instructor. They will be looking at, and talking about attackpoints and precision orienteering (reading all of the detail on the map!).

Advanced and Train to Train groups - these groups will working on using attackpoints effectively. Courses are being specifically set to focus on this.

Team Canada athletes - Team Canada athletes will be doing some fog orienteering - most of the map is blanked out!
