Purchase a season's pass - This link will only worked for logged in club members that have signed the waiver this year. If you're having trouble make sure you are logged in and try signing the waiver.

Parking and meeting point:

We will meet at the parking lot at Heritage Park off Orleans Blvd (see google maps here). There is plenty of parking or, as always, we encourage cycling or taking the bus as green forms of transportation.

Practice details:

This practice will take place on the 2019 Chapel Hill map which was used for O-Fest that year and hasn't been used since. Once again the focus is largely on contours. Like last week's practice at Asticou the contours here are very complicated but here they have a very different feel and there is no rock!

Intermediate group - this group will spend the session doing a map walk with an instructor. They will be looking at, and talking about contours, how to read and interpret them etc. It's a big topic but such an important one!

Advanced and Train to Train groups - these groups will have a middle distance course where you will have to rely heavily on reading the contours. Coaches will provide advice on how to make the most of this.

Team Canada athletes - Team Canada athletes will be doing a line-o. How many controls are there on the line?
