A few notes from the course setter:
The Advanced level courses will start accross the road from P4 and will span across both north and south areas of Timm Dr. Please exercise caution when crossing Timm Drive.
The novice and intermediate courses will stay on the southern side.
There is a very high probability that you will find a tick on you. Deet is highly recommended, as well as careful checking at home.
Vegetation might not be 100% accurate (e.g. reduced runnability due to recent sapling growth and recent deadfall).
Contour lines may be deceiving in the areas of gently sloped terrain. Precise bearing navigation might yield better results in those areas.
Advanced courses: Be mindful of rock crevasses when running in fields north of Timm Dr. Some crevasses (but not all!) are marked on the map as pits
Some Trails and rock features might be covered by leaves, rendering them less visible.
Course lengths are a bit higher than usual to account for the negligible climb and good visibility/runnability on the optimal routes:
- Novice - 2.4 km
- Intermediate - 4.4 km
- Short advanced - 6.2 km
- Long advanced - 9.3 km
Magnification is recommended to assist with map readability.

- Registration: 10am - 11:00am (Registration closes at 11:00 so the volunteer registrars can get out on course!)
- Starts: 10:30 - 11:30
