The Thursday night O-practice on Oct 3 will be at the Experimental Farm. We will meet at the Arboretum parking lot at 45.391625, -75.706632. https://maps.app.goo.gl/
This week we moving from the forest to park terrain and a sprint map. The focus will be doing orienteering group intervals. This area is not too technical but will be a fun way to get some speed work done head-to-head with your o-friends. Course is set by Marketa Graham.
Start at 6:30pm, finish by 8pm. You must have a headlamp for this training.
The cost is $10 (cash please) for those who have not bought the practice pass. Free for Team Canada members.
If you plan to come please send an email to stefan@ottawaoc.ca no later than Wednesday night so we know how many maps to print.
