Navigation and route choice: So you think you know how to orienteer?

The training event on Thursday Oct 9 will be an Armchair-O, i.e. a theory session on navigation and route choice: Robert Graham, National Team Athlete and one of the club’s elite orienteers, will teach you how to improve your navigation skills and how to elevate them to achieve a coveted “full speed, no mistake” performance.

If still in doubt?, consider the following: This one training session may very well improve your game more than months of running training.

Meeting Location: Keith Brown Community Centre, 51 Stonehurst Ave, Ottawa. https://maps.app.goo.gl/CbXN8QkLm27JYKxi8

Training focus: Theory Session on navigation and route choice

Cost $5 per person, pay with cash please. (Sorry no season’s pass for this fall).
